Brief Description: Vert stab components

Working on dwg ONX-T08, Vert Tail Substructure Details. Gathered parts and trial fitted components. Only had to pilot drill out a few laser cut holes from thick parts to get components to cleco together. T08-17, Vert Stab Upper Fuse Attach Spacer is backordered on my kit, so didn't fit that. Only discrepancy was the bend angle on the upper end of -08, Fwd Spar Channel (image 2, -04 shown flipped for photo). Bent it back to correct angle with a hand seamer.
On parts list, -05 is listed twice. The one referring to Next Assy -02 is incorrect and should be deleted. Notified Sonex of this and bend angle problem. They confirmed these issues need correction.
Checked one half of skin for fit and hole lineup (image 3). A bit of tweaking and skin holes lined up with spars and ribs. Clecoed the Vert Stab half of the rudder hinge, mounted rudder and confirmed good hinge alignment and free movement.
Deburred holes, smoothed edges, drilled with #40 where needed the following parts: -04, -05, -07, -09, -11, -12, -13, -16 and -18. -07 still needs to be bent.
